The Strategy:
⚔️ Balanced Warfare: A 4-day strength split ensures symmetry and power across the entire body. The split includes 2 Lower Body and 2 Upper Body sessions.
⚡ The Engine: One dedicated cardio session per week keeps your heart healthy and your recovery fast.
🔥 Finishers: We end workouts with high-intensity "finishers" to test your mental grit and empty the tank.
