THE STORY

ALPHAVIKINGS™ was built by Ásgeir Jóhannesson — Founder, Innovator & Command Architect — not to create another fitness brand, but to build a structured coaching system for men carrying real responsibility.

The system is built for professionals, founders, fathers and leaders who need a repeatable structure rather than another short burst of motivation.

Performance is not built through motivation alone. It is built through structure, correction and consistent execution applied week after week.

The name combines two forces deliberately: Spartan discipline leads — clarity, standards and execution. Viking sharpness follows — resilience, adaptability and the willingness to keep moving when conditions are difficult. 70% Spartan. 30% Viking.

THE COACHING PHILOSOPHY

Structure before feeling. The system runs even when motivation is low.

Correction over perfection. Drift happens. The standard is to catch it and correct it.

Manual over automatic. Orders and access are verified deliberately. Clients are matched to the correct delivery structure rather than dropped into an uncontrolled system.

Standards over suggestions. Coaching is built around clear expectations, accountability and follow-through.
