Cancellation policy

ELITE PT™ — Minimum Commitment and Cancellation Terms

ALPHAVIKINGS™ ELITE PT™ has a three-month minimum commitment and is paid monthly. After the initial three-month period, the service continues month-to-month until cancelled.

Cancellation must be submitted in writing with 30 days' notice to asgeir@alphavikings.is or help@alphavikings.is and takes effect at the end of the applicable paid service period.

The website checkout collects the first monthly payment. Subsequent monthly payments are arranged and collected manually by ALPHAVIKINGS™ before each new service period begins. No automatic recurring charge is applied.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
