HOPLITE™ is the entry APP ACCESS™ tier for men who want a clear app-based training structure, exercise guidance, progress recording, and core execution tools without booked coaching sessions.

Is HOPLITE™ right for you?

Consider HOPLITE™ if you can train independently and want a simple structure for starting and recording your training. Choose a higher-support or coached service if you need stronger accountability, booked sessions, or individually scheduled coaching.

What you receive

• Manual assignment to the purchased HOPLITE™ access inside the Alphavikings™ Fitness App.
• Structured app-based training and exercise guidance available to the assigned HOPLITE™ group.
• Progress-recording tools included with that group.
• Core tools for following and recording the assigned training structure.

What is not included

• Booked in-person or remote coaching sessions.
• A custom individual training programme, custom meal plan, or nutrition service.
• Direct coach messaging, unlimited private support, or a promised response time.
• MEAL CHECK™. It is a separate product and entitlement.
• Medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a guaranteed result.

After checkout

1. Shopify records the successful €35 payment.
2. ALPHAVIKINGS™ reviews the order and manually assigns the purchased HOPLITE™ access.
3. You receive the confirmed access and next-step information by email.
4. Your first action is to sign in, complete the available onboarding, and open the first assigned training action.

Access is not instant. No guaranteed activation time is published. If you have not received the next step, contact help@alphavikings.is.
