Refund policy

REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: 1/4/2026

This Refund Policy applies to products and services sold by Alphavikings ehf. through alphavikings.is.

1. Digital Products and Services

We sell digital and online products and services, including but not limited to:

  • Remote fitness coaching
  • Fitness programs
  • Meal programs
  • App-based services
  • Subscription-based digital services

Because these products and services are delivered digitally and may be accessed immediately after purchase, refunds may not be available once a product, service, subscription, or app access has been delivered, activated, downloaded, or accessed, except where required by applicable law.

2. No Return of Digital Goods

As our products are digital in nature, they cannot be physically returned.

3. Subscriptions

If you purchase a recurring subscription, you may cancel future renewals at any time by following the cancellation instructions in your account or by contacting help@alphavikings.is.

Unless otherwise required by law:

  • Cancellation stops future renewals only
  • Your current billing period remains active until the end of the paid term
  • Payments already made for the current billing period are non-refundable once access has been provided

4. Coaching Services

If you purchase remote coaching services, any specific cancellation, scheduling, or rescheduling terms communicated at the time of purchase will also apply.

If coaching access, programming, or service delivery has already begun, refunds may be refused except where required by law.

5. Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

If you believe you were charged in error, charged more than once, or experienced a technical billing issue, please contact us promptly at help@alphavikings.is so we can review the matter.

6. Exceptions

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under Icelandic law or other applicable consumer protection law.
